Prints and Merchandise

Approved claims may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Commissioned Artwork
Commission deposits and completed custom artwork are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Commission Terms
For commissioned artwork:
A deposit may be required before work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
Reasonable revisions may be included as specified during the commission process.
Significant changes requested after approval may require additional fees.
We reserve the right to decline commission requests.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Website—including artwork, paintings, prints, photographs, logos, graphics, text, videos, and designs—is the exclusive property of Vivid Ink Co. Art Studio or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing artwork does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights.
