Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

At Vivid Ink Co. Art Studio, every piece of artwork is created, packaged, and shipped with care. Because our products include original artwork, made-to-order prints, and custom commissions, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Original artwork

  • Fine art prints

  • Custom commissions

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the best resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or shipment begins. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom commission orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.
